LED Tunnel Lights

• Use two units of single powerful LED (40-70W) as the light source , using our proprietary LED encapsulation.
• Utilizes the special design of multichip single module. Imported high brightness semiconductor chips.
• High heat conductivity, low luminous decay, pure light color, and no ghosting.
• The LED is closely connected to the surface. The heat from LED is removed through the heat dissipation wing and also by the air ventilation. The design ensures a 50,000 hours life-span for the LED.
• With the excellent integration between the 5mm high intensity tempered glass and the light housing, it can be used under the high humidity environment.
• The lights are sealed by age-resistant silicone rubber. The surfaces are passed through various treatments like anodic oxidation and plastic spraying. It can meet the requirement of IP65.
• Uses imported high purity aluminum from Germany as the reflector. This kind of reflector has high reflecting efficiency, and it can make sure the luminous flux. The special design of our reflector can improve the light uniformity and utilization ratio. It can control the light inside of a useful area. The advantage of the LED light source like power saving can be revealed adequately.
• No delay start; no waiting. It can reach its normal light as soon as it is turned on. It can avoid the long start time process of the traditional lights.
• Can present the original color of objects lit. The color rendering index of our LED tunnel light is around 80, and it looks like natural light. When vehicles enter into tunnels, drivers can adapt to the color immediately, making sure of driving safety.

• No ill glare; no abrupt and frequent flashes. The design ensures that bad glare is eliminated, vision fatigue and disturbance aroused by traditional streetlight and also can improves the safety of the driving.
